Paper plane making

 Hi So we are still in lockdown and my teacher gave my class an task to do that was between oragami , Knot tying or paper plane making. I chose to make a paper plane i made 2 kinds. The Bat and The Arrowhead.  I'm going to tell you about the Arrowhead first. Here's a picture of the arrowhead. 

It's the classic airoplane that is easy to make. For me it was a bit hard but I made it in the end. It has a flying  distance of 181cm And 15F That is pretty good. Now for The Bat. That bat was super hard and had alot of folding so my dad gave it a go and he got it so i'm going with his. Here is a picture of The Bat. 

That is The bat it has a flying distance of 14F. It is 1F shorter than the Arrowhead. Next time I want a bit more of a challenge. I hope that you have enjoyed my blog. Make sure to watch the slide / video and comment below how your's turned out. 

Lockdown in New Zealand

Hi veiwers this blog is about lockdown enjoy. 

Ok so in New Zealand we have been in Lockdown for One Week and One day. It has been hard for online learning. The best thing thats happening at the momment is spending time with my family. It's fun doing Video chats with my class and my friend. Just have fun in lockdown and stay safe.

Toolkits on Minecraft

 Today I did a Toolkit on Minecraft. I was so afraid that people would not like it. It felt really good teaching them who to do it. The Toolkit was fun and I was so scared that i may muck somthing up by accedent.

My making a character

 Today while my class had to do online work during Lockdown we got a task to do. We had to make a character. Here is the character I made. 

I made this Character because I thought my style, My personality , My looks.

T- Shaped Reading

 Today we have a substatute teacher so we have some indapendent tasks to do. One of them is T- shaped Reading. I love doing the T - shaped Reading because you get to watch videos sometimes. But sometimes you need to read articals. I have only done one colum at the moment but you have to do more during the week.  I'll show you a picture of what it should look like. 

Then you have to fill in all the colums in with the awnser. Most of the time it is naming stuff with bullet points. Sometimes it's hard to think of what to write when you have hard topics. Just like a few weeks ago we had to do spending through the decades. 

We had to make points out of it. It was a bit hard.

Cake looking

 On Sunday I was cake looking if you don't know what that is well I'll tell you. Cake looking is when you go online and look at other cakes to get a idea of  what cake you want for your birthday.  My birthday is soon so I'm cake looking at the moment. Bed Wars in minecraft

 Today I played a game that I am new at the game is........... BED WARS. It is a really new game to me and now its on minecraft. Its hard but I'll tell you how it works.

 1. There is 4 teams. Team Yellow , Team Blue , Team Red and Team Green. 

2. It dependes on how many people join but you get split into teams. 

3. The aim of the game is to destory the others beds before they desroy yours. 

4. If you are the last one standing ( it depends on how long) you can get 50 points. Once my friend got 50 points for a 30 minute round.

Maths Learning

Maths Learning

Today we were doing maths for a rotation. The math we had to do was a chart thing with the years and it was what was in and what was out.  The years were the 60s , 70s , 80s , 90s , 00s , 10s and the 2020s. Here is a picture of the chart.

Getting Bronze in shot put at the Tokyo Olympics 2020 ( held in 2021 )

 Yesterday was Sunday and Dame Valerie Adams was competing in shot put. It was a incredible shot for New Zealand and China. The places were China in first place , The United states of  America ( USA) came second place and New Zealand came third place.
